One thing I have learned while working with multiple small to medium size businesses over the years is many lack a good system for tracking standard internal forms like time off requests, expense reports, incident reports and the like. Many companies still rely on paper print outs and maybe a shared spreadsheet. It's a problem that I think deserves a fresh, modern solution.
