Asana Integration
If your team uses Asana for project management you can easily connect PageProofer to your Asana project. As notes are added in PageProofer, tasks will be added and updated in Asana with links back to the specific page and note. Screenshots and attachments will be added to the Asana tasks. Comments, assignment updates, and status changes are also kept in sync between PageProofer and Asana to ease your workflow.
-
Go to the 'Site Settings' screen in PageProofer, click the 'Integration' tab and then click the Asana link.
-
Allow PageProofer to have secure access to your Asana account
-
Select the Asana workspace you want connected to your PageProofer site and then select or enter the name for the Project that will be used in Asana to store the PageProofer notes. If the workspace uses teams you will also need to select a Team.
-
Your site is now connected to Asana.
-
Once you start adding notes in PageProofer you will see them added to the task list in Asana. Comments on PageProofer notes and Asana tasks are kept in sync along with changing the assignee and updating the note/task status.
If your other PageProofer users have their own Asana accounts and they have access to the same Asana workspaces/projects they can setup their own authorization so that when they add notes or comments in PageProofer it adds them to Asana using their Asana profile.
