Trello Integration

If your team uses Trello for project management you can easily connect PageProofer to your Trello project/board. As notes and comments are added in PageProofer, cards will be added and updated in Trello with links back to the specific page and note where the PageProofer note was added.

1. Go to the 'Site Settings' screen in PageProofer, click the '3rd Party Integration' panel and then click the 'Connect to a Trello project' link.

   

2. Allow PageProofer to have secure access to your Trello account

   

3. Select the Trello board you want connected to your PageProofer site and then select or enter a name for the list that will be used in Trello to store the PageProofer notes

   

4. Your site is now connected to Trello

   

5. Once you start adding notes in PageProofer you will see them added to the list in Trello

   

If your other PageProofer users have their own Trello accounts and they have access to the same Trello boards they can setup their own authorization so that when they add notes or comments in PageProofer it adds them to Trello using their Trello profile.

1. Click on the 'Settings' link in the top right corner of PageProofer after you have signed in

2. Click the 'Connect to Trello' link in the Integrations list

   

3. Allow PageProofer to access your Trello account

   

4. Your user account is now connected to Trello
